Refund policy

Because our products are consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened, for safety and quality reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@enjoydryft.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to provide a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
All returns must be approved by our customer support team before being shipped back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
